Vinhomes Green City is being developed on an area of 197.2 hectares in Hau Nghia town, Duc Lap Thuong and Tan My communes, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

The project boasts a strategic location that strongly connects Ho Chi Minh City with the Mekong Delta provinces, which are experiencing rapid urbanization and industrial development. Specifically, Vinhomes Green City offers convenient access to Ho Chi Minh City via National Highway 22 (Trans-Asian Highway) or provincial road DT 10 – CT 02 (DT 825). It also provides easy connectivity to the Mekong Delta provinces and Cambodia through major transport routes such as CT02, National Highway 1A, and National Highway 22.

The inter-regional connectivity of Vinhomes Green City will become even more comprehensive with the completion of key infrastructure projects such as Ring Road 4, the Gia Nghia – Chon Thanh expressway, Ring Road 3, and the Metro Line 2 from Ben Thanh to Tham Luong. These developments will provide direct access to seaports, airports, and key industrial zones.

In terms of planning, Vinhomes Green City is designed with multiple open transport axes and a large-scale commercial complex spanning 9.6 hectares within the complex, initially shaping a vibrant trading center in the economic corridor of northwestern Ho Chi Minh City.

As for the living environment, Vinhomes Green City is developed with a low construction density, offering an eco-friendly and nature-centric lifestyle. Spread across the urban area is a park system totaling nearly 36 hectares, including entertainment, sports, ecological, and residential parks to meet daily recreational, sports, and health care needs, along with green, civilized, and modern transport infrastructure.
