Lotto 5/35 is a lottery product with a draw frequency of twice a day, at 1 pm and 9 pm.

If the Jackpot exceeds VND 12 billion and there is no winner, the entire prize amount will be divided among the lower-tier prizes (from First to Fifth Prize) with winners in the next draw at 9 pm the following day.

Vietlott Prize Payment Timeline:

For winning tickets worth up to VND 10 million, the prize will be automatically credited to the winner’s receiving account within 5 working days from the date of the draw.

For winning tickets worth up to VND 10 billion, Vietlott authorizes its agents to organize the prize payment.

For winning tickets worth over VND 10 billion to less than VND 70 billion, the branch managing the ticket sales area is responsible for receiving the prize claim and organizing the prize payment according to regulations.

For winning tickets worth VND 70 billion or more, the head office is responsible for receiving the prize claim and organizing the prize payment according to regulations.

Vietlott Prize Claim Authorization:

In case the winner is unable to claim the prize in person due to objective reasons (illness, travel, etc.), they can authorize a legal representative to claim the prize on their behalf. The authorization must be in writing and certified by the local authorities of the winner’s place of residence.

If the winner cannot present a valid ID that matches the information in the system:

• In case of loss of ID, the winner must obtain a new ID and update the corresponding information in their lottery account before claiming the prize; or if the winner’s ID is blurry or unreadable, they can use their passport with the same ID number as registered with Vietlott.
• If the winner has changed their ID information, they must update the changes in their lottery account before claiming the prize.
• If the ID has expired or the photo or essential information is unclear, the winner must obtain a new ID and update the corresponding information in their lottery account.
