TTC AgriS (AgriS), a leading agricultural company listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE: SBT), has recently inaugurated its new headquarters, achieving a significant milestone. Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the AgriS Building signifies the advancement of Vietnamese agriculture through technological innovation, enhanced international recognition, and a commitment to sustainability.
The AgriS Building houses the company’s Research and Development (R&D) center, aiming to optimize production processes and unlock the potential of diverse crops such as sugarcane, coconut, banana, and rice. This center is part of the company’s multi-national R&D network spanning Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
AgriS’ Chairman, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, emphasized their vision: “We strive to become the epicenter of innovation and agricultural technology in Southeast Asia and beyond, solidifying our position as a leader in the industry.”
This new headquarters provides a crucial platform for AgriS to elevate the value of Vietnamese agricultural products through deep processing, leading the global market in food, beverages, dairy, and confectionery. The company’s international strategic collaborations foster sustainable benefits for Vietnam’s agriculture sector.
Aside from housing the R&D center, the building dedicates 1,000 square meters to hosting ESG events, green workshops, and networking opportunities for the agricultural community. The building integrates advanced technologies, reducing energy consumption by 40% and water consumption by 46%. Constructed with 25% recycled materials, it also features AI-powered air and water treatment systems for real-time energy, security, and environmental monitoring, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
AgriS has witnessed remarkable growth under the leadership of Chairman My, who assumed her role in July 2024. Strategic collaborations with Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia, coupled with significant investments from international financial institutions, have solidified the company’s position, channeling development opportunities and resources into domestic agriculture.

The demands of a rapidly expanding international agricultural ecosystem necessitate a “space for innovation” in both thought and action. AgriS’ R&D, agricultural supply chain management, raw material management, and efficient governance in Vietnam and other countries require ample room to maneuver and accelerate growth. Thus, the question arises: Is the “TTC Group” moniker still aligned with the ambitious breakout vision of this pivotal agricultural entity?
The decision to liquidate non-core investments earlier this year, coupled with the transition to an independent headquarters, signifies AgriS’ entrance into a phase of complete autonomy from the diversified TTC conglomerate.
This turning point is inevitable for AgriS to focus its full attention on its primary objectives: advancing high-tech agriculture and fostering sustainable value enhancement.
AgriS is spearheading transformative changes in Vietnamese agriculture by concentrating on technological advancements and innovation. This aligns with the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Government, while underscoring the pivotal role of private enterprises in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of the nation’s agricultural sector.

The unveiling of the AgriS Building demonstrates the company’s unwavering commitment to its development strategy, focusing on enhancing the value of agricultural products and constructing a modern agricultural ecosystem. AgriS aims to lead the national agricultural industry and expand its connectivity within the Vietnam-Indonesia-Singapore economic triangle in Southeast Asia.
With strong support from the governments of Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, AgriS has forged strategic partnerships with Indonesia’s largest agricultural conglomerate, Sungai Budi Group, and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, ranked among the top 15 technology universities globally. These collaborations attest to AgriS’ international capabilities and reputation in the agricultural realm, elevating the stature of Vietnamese agriculture on the world stage.
