Lideco’s apartment complex project, located in the NO11 land lot of the new Dich Vong Urban Area (Dich Vong, Cau Giay District), is an exciting development. With a prime location adjacent to Yen Hoa Street and proximity to the future Cau Giay Park and the US Embassy under construction, this project promises great potential.

Spanning an area of 4,641 sq. m., the complex will feature a 32-story building with 364 residential units, along with commercial and office spaces. The project has a construction density of 30.9% and is slated for completion in Q1 2029. Lideco aims to commence construction in the same year, with a total investment of VND 1,500 billion (mobilizing VND 1,000 billion).

During their 2025 Annual General Meeting, Lideco’s leadership shared that they are in the process of seeking adjustments to the investment plan for the Dich Vong – Cau Giay New Urban Area, while also finalizing paperwork as per the requirements of the Finance Department and Hanoi People’s Committee. These tasks are expected to be completed by Q2 2025. Additionally, Hanoi has approved adjustments to the total investment in the Dich Vong – Cau Giay New Urban Area project, increasing it to VND 5,125 billion, with a completion date set for Q1 2029.

Lideco’s financial reports for Q2 reflect modest performance, with a significant year-over-year decrease in revenue. This is largely due to minimal contributions from the real estate sector, which brought in less than VND 3 billion. The company’s leadership attributes this to the current focus on resolving legal issues and completing necessary procedures for their real estate projects, which may not generate significant returns in the immediate future.
