So far, Son La province has completed the construction of 3,058 houses, exceeding the initial plan by 221 houses.

With this result, Son La province has completed the task of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses 169 days earlier than the deadline set by the Government (October 31, 2025).

Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, speaks at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, said that to achieve the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, Son La province had mobilized over VND 210 billion. “The houses built for the poor meet the ‘3 C’ standards (solid frame, solid walls, and solid roof), ensuring safety during use and suitability to the climate and mountainous terrain. The new houses not only replace the shaky shacks but also inspire the desire for stable residence and sustainable livelihood, offering hope for a more stable and prosperous life for the people,” emphasized Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh.
