The National Competition Committee issued Decision No. 48 on handling competition-related cases involving Ltd. Co. Nhat Nhat.

The decision entails an administrative fine in the field of competition against Ltd. Co. Nhat Nhat (Enterprise Code: 0101983927, first granted by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on June 27, 2006) amounting to VND 200 million for providing misleading information to customers.

The products that misled customers include Lenka Face Wash, Nhat Nhat Mouth Rinse, Nhat Nhat Throat Spray, and Nhat Nhat Kid Throat Spray… aimed at attracting customers from other enterprises, violating the Competition Law.

During the investigation, Ltd. Co. Nhat Nhat cooperated by providing information and documents to the National Competition Committee and took action to prevent and mitigate the consequences of the violation.

Previously, in May 2016, Ltd. Co. Nhat Nhat was fined VND 30 million by the Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) for advertising Hoat Huyet Nhat Nhat medicine inconsistent with the registered content.

According to the National Enterprise Information Portal, Ltd. Co. Nhat Nhat is directed by Mr. Le Duc Loc (born in 1959) as the Director and Legal Representative.

Currently, the company has a charter capital of VND 30 billion. Among which, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy contribute 50% of the capital each.
