Located within the Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Ciputra), the 65-hectare park is one of the key projects in the master plan approved by Hanoi city. The project had a long period of stagnation, but by the end of 2023, the site clearance was officially completed, marking the restart of the project with a grand vision.

Surrounding this development axis are monumental projects such as the Lotte Mall Tay Ho, which began operations in September 2023, the Samsung R&D Complex, the largest in Southeast Asia, operational since December 2022, and top international schools like UNIS, SIS, and Hanoi Academy.
In parallel, transportation infrastructure is also being enhanced, including the Vo Chi Cong – Nhat Tan Bridge route connecting directly to Noi Bai Airport, the Tay Thang Long route, and future Metro lines. These developments are contributing to the formation of a new, modern, highly connected, and potentially high-growth center in western Hanoi.
