Located within the Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Ciputra), the 65-hectare park is one of the key projects in the master plan approved by Hanoi city. The project had a long period of stagnation, but by the end of 2023, the site clearance was officially completed, marking the restart of the project with a grand vision.
Spanning an impressive 0.77 square kilometers of green space and water features, the park boasts a centrally-located square, a lake, a golf course, and a range of outdoor entertainment amenities that meet international standards. This space is predicted to be the new go-to destination for sports, relaxation, and event organization for the community in Tay Ho and its neighboring areas. Currently, there is a lack of similar spaces in Hanoi that can fulfill all these functions.
As of May 2025, the project has entered the technical infrastructure construction phase with noticeable progress. The land is being leveled, separated, and shaped to accommodate the internal road system and water-based amenities. The large-scale park project is gradually taking shape, promising to deliver modern, multi-functional green spaces that will enhance the recreational and leisure experiences of the local community.
Beyond its role as a park, the 65-hectare development is also a crucial part of the emerging modern urban ecosystem in Tay Ho Tay, and Hanoi as a whole. Surrounding this development axis are monumental projects such as the Lotte Mall Tay Ho, which began operations in September 2023, the Samsung R&D Complex, the largest in Southeast Asia, operational since December 2022, and top international schools like UNIS, SIS, and Hanoi Academy.
In parallel, transportation infrastructure is also being enhanced, including the Vo Chi Cong – Nhat Tan Bridge route connecting directly to Noi Bai Airport, the Tay Thang Long route, and future Metro lines. These developments are contributing to the formation of a new, modern, highly connected, and potentially high-growth center in western Hanoi.
Within the grand plan for the western region, GIA by KITA stands out as a project with a unique location: nestled within the heart of the Ciputra urban area and adjacent to the vast green space of the 65-hectare park. Residents here will not only enjoy the ecological landscape but also have easy access to a diverse range of existing amenities, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, shopping malls, and a technology hub, thus creating a complete lifestyle ecosystem.

GIA by KITA is located next to one of Hanoi’s largest parks, offering residents a spacious green environment and a comprehensive range of internal and external amenities.
Notably, GIA by KITA encompasses three critical factors that are becoming key considerations in high-end real estate choices: proximity to nature, convenient access to amenities, and well-developed infrastructure. As the inner-city land reserve diminishes, having a prime location next to a vast urban park becomes a rare and competitive advantage for investment value and liquidity.
