The National Competition Commission has issued a decision regarding a competition case involving Nhat Nhat Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the authority imposed an administrative sanction on Nhat Nhat Company (based in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) with a fine of VND 200 million for providing misleading information about their products, including Lenka Face Wash, Nhat Nhat Mouth Rinse, and Nhat Nhat Throat Spray, in violation of point a, clause 5, Article 45 of the Competition Law.

The company was found to be misleading customers with their product information, aiming to attract customers from other businesses. During the investigation, Nhat Nhat Company actively cooperated with the National Competition Commission by providing information and documents and taking action to stop and mitigate the consequences of the violation.
Additionally, the company publicly rectified the misleading information about their products, including Lenka Face Wash, Nhat Nhat Mouth Rinse, and Nhat Nhat Throat Spray, on their electronic information page.
A Business Fined Nearly VND 370 Million for Information Disclosure Violations
The Vietnamese health and wellness company, Sức Khỏe Hồi Sinh, has been fined a substantial sum of 367.5 million VND for failing to disclose mandatory information, providing misleading disclosures, and violating regulations regarding transactions with business managers.
