The Me So Bridge, located on Ring Road 4, connects Thuong Tin District in Hanoi with Van Giang District in Hung Yen Province. The bridge and its connecting roads span a length of nearly 14 kilometers and feature six lanes.

According to the pre-feasibility study, the Hong Ha Bridge and its connecting roads were designed to be 6 kilometers long, with a width of 24.5 meters, accommodating four lanes for motor vehicles and one lane for non-motorized vehicles on each side.

The Ngoc Hoi Bridge, constructed on Ring Road 3.5, crosses the Red River, providing a vital road link between Hanoi and Hung Yen Province. The bridge and its connecting roads stretch over a length of 7.2 kilometers and have a width of 33 meters.
