The group also includes Xiamen C&D Paper&Pulp Group, established in 1992, which professionally manages the supply chain of pulp and paper in China. During the meeting, the C&D Group committed to planning investments in the production and business of pulp and finished paper, with a total investment of $2 billion over an area of 400 hectares, to be implemented in three phases.
Prior to the meeting, the Chinese business delegation surveyed the infrastructure of potential factory sites, including Cam Lien Industrial Park, Bang Industrial Park, and the planned industrial park in Quang Tien (Quang Trach), and also visited Hon La Port.
