The infrastructure projects linking the region are acting as a “launchpad,” especially the high-speed route directly connecting the two administrative centers, realizing the orientation of multi-polar and multi-center urban development.
High-speed route: A strategic development axis
According to Resolution 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025, the merger of Hai Duong Province and Hai Phong City marked a turning point in restructuring the regional space, creating a premise for forming a new growth center in the Red River Delta. In this context, the high-speed road connecting Hai Duong City and Hai Phong City is being prioritized for implementation. The 23.5-kilometer route starts at the Ring Road I interchange (Tien Tien, Hai Duong City), passes through Thanh Ha and Kim Thanh districts, and ends at Bui Vien Street in An Duong District, Hai Phong City. Designed with six lanes and a speed of 100 km/h, it integrates a double-track urban railway. Upon completion, the route will reduce travel time between the two centers to 40 minutes and become a strategic economic and urban development axis post-merger.
Experts believe that transportation infrastructure not only facilitates connectivity but is also the “golden key” to reshaping the investment landscape, elevating satellite towns to new central positions. In Hai Duong City, southern wards like Thach Khoi, Tan Hung, Hai Tan, and Ngoc Chau are emerging strongly due to their gateway locations along the inter-regional link.
Phu Quy Golden Land – The new focal point on the investment map
Seizing the trend of investment capital shift, many urban projects that were well-planned beforehand are now embracing the opportunity to “take off.” One of the prominent focal points is Phu Quy Golden Land Phase 1, developed by Quang Giap Group Joint Stock Company in the Thach Khoi – Tan Hung area.

The project is located right on the connection axis with the high-speed route, just 20 minutes away from the Bui Vien Avenue interchange – the gateway to the new administrative center in Thuy Nguyen. This strategic location offers a dual advantage: convenient transportation and direct benefits from the inter-regional urban planning policies post-merger.
Phu Quy Golden Land Phase 1 is being developed on an area of 56.7 hectares, comprising three subdivisions: Dai Loc 1, Dai Loc 2, and Tai Phu. Especially in subdivision Tai Phu, three social housing buildings will be constructed in 2025, comprising 1500 apartments. The project is designed with the consultation of foreign experts, featuring a luxurious European style that harmoniously blends modern architecture and ecological spaces.
Each subdivision offers a distinct living environment, creating a diverse range of experiences for residents. Dai Loc 1 features a central park with a fountain, flower arch, and a system of walking paths combined with outdoor sports spaces – ideal for relaxation and fitness after a stressful day. Dai Loc 2 bears the imprint of art with its design of the Arc de Triomphe, scenic bridge, Thuy Tien Lake, and green parks adorned with resting pavilions and flower arches – serving not only as relaxation spots but also as favorite destinations for photography and memory-making. Tai Phu subdivision stands out with Bich Ngoc Lake, Vong Canh Wharf, flower terraces, Thong Thai Garden with 12 zodiac signs, a maze, and a giant chessboard – creating an interactive and entertaining space for all ages.
In addition to its unique landscape, Phu Quy Golden Land boasts a synchronous and modern infrastructure system. Sidewalks are generously wide, ranging from 4 to 6 meters, paved with high-quality stones, and adorned with carefully selected trees for aesthetic appeal and shade. Electrical wiring and cables are underground, ensuring neatness and order. The rainwater and sewage systems are designed separately for optimal operation. Clean water and telecommunication systems are synchronously deployed to meet the maximum demands of daily life and business activities.
Mr. Dam Van Giap, Director of Quang Giap Group Joint Stock Company, shared: “With the aspiration to contribute to the development of our beloved Hai Duong hometown, we have poured our heart and soul into every detail of Phu Quy Golden Land. This will be a modern, convenient, and environmentally friendly urban area – worthy of becoming a new symbol of the city.”

As the real estate market gradually shifts towards satellite areas with transparent legal frameworks and well-defined infrastructure, the period from 2025 to 2027 is considered the ‘golden time’ to own strategic real estate in locations like Thach Khoi – Tan Hung. Phu Quy Golden Land stands out with its stable construction progress, synchronous infrastructure, and existing resident community – forming a solid foundation for both residential and long-term investment needs.
