Recently, the leadership of the People’s Committee of Binh Duong province had a working session with Sun Group Corporation.

At the meeting, Mr. Dang Minh Truong, Chairman of Sun Group’s Board of Directors, shared that the Group operates in real estate, resort tourism, entertainment, and infrastructure investment.

The company wishes for the local government’s continued support in expediting the investment process for the Bac An Tay urban area and Dong An Tay urban area projects.

The Bac An Tay urban area spans 70 hectares in An Tay ward, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province. The project has a total investment of over VND 11,100 billion (with an estimated implementation cost of about VND 8,200 billion and compensation, support, and resettlement costs of nearly VND 2,900 billion).

This area will feature apartment buildings and adjacent houses with mixed-use functions (sale, lease, and lease-to-own). Additionally, there will be commercial, educational, and healthcare facilities. The total number of apartments/houses is expected to exceed 3,000 units, catering to a population of 10,000 people.

The investment consortium comprises Phu Quoc Beautiful Sea Investment Joint Stock Company and Sun Halong Joint Stock Company.

On the other hand, the Dong An Tay urban area covers an area of over 288 hectares in An Tay ward and Phu An ward, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province. The project has a total investment of over VND 13,500 billion (with an estimated implementation cost of more than VND 9,900 billion and compensation, support, and resettlement costs of about VND 3,600 billion).

This urban area is expected to provide approximately 7,100 units, including adjacent houses, villas, and resettlement housing, along with commercial, educational, and healthcare facilities. The planned population is around 14,300 people.

The investors are a consortium of Lan Anh – Phu Quoc Joint Stock Company and Sun Halong Joint Stock Company.

The leadership of Binh Duong province requested that departments, sectors, and localities join hands to focus on addressing difficulties and providing maximum support to the investors to accelerate the project’s implementation as per the approved plan.

Earlier, on May 16, Sun Group Corporation inaugurated the construction of the Duong Ba Thang Hai urban area project in wards 10 and 11 of Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. The project covers an area of about 96 hectares with a total investment of VND 37,000 billion.
