After 8 long years since its commencement, the 5.5 km Ring Road 3.5, stretching from Thang Long Avenue to National Highway 32, is finally being rushed back into construction.
With a total investment of nearly VND 1,800 billion, the project is under the management of the People’s Committee of Hoai Duc district. So far, the project has reached an estimated 90% of the contract volume and is expected to be completed by 2025.
Once completed, Ring Road 3.5 will play a crucial role in connecting the north and south of the Red River, gradually synchronizing the infrastructure of the region.
Additionally, the road will provide convenient transportation for residents of Villa Garden, Bac An Khanh (Splendora), and An Lac urban areas to move to Nhon and the center of Hanoi.
