On June 6th, the Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company will be auctioning off 47 land lots owned by the People’s Committee of Lam Thao district. The auction will take place in the morning.
These land lots are located in the Dong Chan Nuoi area of Vinh Lai commune. Lot sizes range from 120 to 241.9 square meters, with a starting bid of VND 4.5 million per square meter. This equates to a total lot price ranging from VND 540 million to over VND 1 billion.
The deadline for submitting auction registration and bid forms is 5:00 PM on June 3rd. These should be sent by mail to the Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company.
The auction will be conducted through indirect voting, using an ascending price method. The bid announcement will take place at the Vinh Lai Commune People’s Committee hall.

On June 7th, the Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company will continue the auction, offering 61 land lots in the Bo Giam area of Son Vi commune, Lam Thao district.
The lot sizes range from 97.6 to 189.4 square meters, with starting bids between VND 4.5 million and VND 5 million per square meter. This equates to a total lot price ranging from VND 459 million to VND 852.3 million.
Interested participants should submit their registration and bid forms by 5:00 PM on June 4th, sending them by mail to the Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company.
Similar to the previous auction, this one will also be conducted through indirect voting and an ascending price method. The bid announcement will take place in the Son Vi Commune People’s Committee hall.
In Ha Hoa district, the Ha Hoa Land Fund Development Center and the Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company will jointly organize an auction for 21 land lots on June 9th.
These lots are located in Dai Pham and Minh Hac communes, with sizes ranging from 100 to 197 square meters. The starting bids vary from over VND 2.7 million to over VND 4.6 million per square meter, resulting in lot prices ranging from VND 273 million to over VND 921 million.
The deadline for submitting auction registration forms is 5:00 PM on June 4th. Forms can be submitted to either the Ha Hoa Land Fund Development Center or the Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company.
This auction will be conducted through direct voting at the auction venue, with a maximum of 30 bidding rounds, using an ascending price method. The auction will take place at the Ha Hoa Land Fund Development Center hall.
On the afternoon of June 9th, the Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company will auction off 26 land lots owned by the People’s Committee of Doan Hung district.
These lots are located in Yen Kien commune and Doan Hung town, with sizes ranging from 85.2 to 312.69 square meters. The starting bids are between VND 6.6 million and VND 10 million per square meter, resulting in lot prices ranging from VND 732.7 million to over VND 2 billion.
Auction registration forms should be submitted by 5:00 PM on June 4th to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Doan Hung district.
Similar to the previous auction, this one will also be conducted through direct voting at the auction venue, with a maximum of 30 bidding rounds, using an ascending price method. The auction will take place at the Doan Hung Conference Center.
