Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (BFC on the HoSE exchange) has just announced its Board of Directors’ resolution on paying the final dividend for 2024 to shareholders.
Accordingly, the company plans to pay a cash dividend to shareholders at a rate of 25%, meaning that for each share owned, shareholders will receive VND 2,500. The record date for determining shareholders’ eligibility is June 12, 2025, and the expected payment date is June 27, 2025.
With approximately 57.2 million BFC shares currently circulating in the market, Binh Dien Fertilizer is estimated to spend over VND 142.9 billion on this dividend payout.

As of March 31, 2025, the Vietnam Chemical Group held nearly 37.2 million BFC shares and is estimated to receive nearly VND 92.9 billion in dividends from Binh Dien Fertilizer.
Previously, in December 2024, the company paid over VND 28.5 billion in the first installment of the 2024 dividend in cash, with a rate of 5%, meaning that for each share owned, shareholders received VND 500.
At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Binh Dien Fertilizer, held on April 29, 2025, the company’s shareholders approved a plan to pay a dividend of 30% for 2024, equivalent to over VND 171.5 billion. Thus, Binh Dien Fertilizer has completed the dividend payment for 2024 to shareholders.
In terms of business performance, according to the consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2025, Binh Dien Fertilizer recorded net revenue of nearly VND 2,554.3 billion, up 31.6% over the same period last year. After deducting cost of goods sold, gross profit reached nearly VND 374 billion, an increase of 41.8%.
After deducting taxes and expenses, the company reported a net profit of over VND 111.1 billion, up 51.2% compared to the same period last year.
As of March 31, 2025, Binh Dien Fertilizer’s total assets increased by 7.2% from the beginning of the year to over VND 3,513 billion. Of this, inventory accounted for VND 1,587.8 billion, or 45.2% of total assets.
Also, as of the end of the first quarter of 2025, the company’s total liabilities stood at nearly VND 1,924.4 billion, an increase of 9.3% from the beginning of the year. Of this, loans and finance leases amounted to over VND 823.5 billion, accounting for 42.8% of total liabilities.
