On May 22nd, the Economic Police of Dong Nai Provincial Police, in coordination with relevant units, inspected Phat Tien Trien Trading Services Co., Ltd. (located in Hung Loc commune, Thong Nhat district, Dong Nai province).

The company, directed by Mr. La Giang Dinh (35 years old, from Thanh Phu town, Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province) showed signs of producing and trading counterfeit fertilizers and other agricultural and aquaculture products.

At the time of the inspection, authorities discovered four workers in a 1,000-square-meter workshop and a 150-square-meter warehouse containing chemicals, production tools, equipment, and finished goods.

During the interview, La Giang Dinh admitted that the company had been operating since January 2025 without a production license.

The company’s products are made by importing raw materials from China and some domestic suppliers, ordering product packaging via social media, and then having workers mix and package the products for sale in the Mekong Delta region.

The police have confiscated related evidence and means, including: 6,059 kg of finished products; 13,375 kg of raw materials; four scales; one concrete mixer; one bag sewing machine; one heat press; and one desktop computer CPU.

The Economic Police of Dong Nai Provincial Police are investigating the case further for handling in accordance with legal regulations.
