TTC Land, a prominent real estate company in Vietnam, has unveiled its new brand, Dao Kim Quy. Mr. Thanh also shared that while TTC is currently focused on premium products, the company plans to introduce more affordable options in the future to cater to the middle-income segment. “As the real estate market recovers, we are channeling our resources into key projects like TTC Plaza Danang, Selavia Phu Quoc, and now Dao Kim Quy,” he added. “We are adjusting our strategy to offer more reasonably priced options to meet the practical housing needs of mid-range customers.”
