At the meeting, Task Force 5013 listened to the obstacles faced by six projects, including:

– Commercial residential area in Ward 3, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City by Thu Duc Tourism Service Joint Stock Company as the investor.

– Residential area in Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City by Tri Kiet Real Estate Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. as the investor.

– Hung Phu Residential Area in Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City by Hung Phu Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor.

– Duong Dinh Hoi Residential Area in Phuoc Long B Ward, Thu Duc City by Rach Chiec Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. as the investor.

– Nguyen Tat Thanh Residential Area in Ward 18, District 4 by Viet Trade Real Estate Joint Stock Company as the investor.

– Apartment Area A1 of the Tan Thang Sports, Culture and Residential Complex project in Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District by Gamuda Land Joint Stock Company as the investor.

Specifically, the Phuoc Long B Ward Residential Area project in Thu Duc City consists of 197 houses, including 82 detached houses and 115 linked-detached houses (with 77/197 houses having been granted pink books to homebuyers). Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Land Registration Office has received 6 applications for pink books from homebuyers.

The project land was approved by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to be handed over to Tri Kiet Real Estate Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. for project implementation in 2004.

After listening to the investors’ difficulties, Task Force 5013 agreed to grant pink books to the 6 registered cases. Regarding the investor’s responsibilities in fulfilling certain obligations as prescribed, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang requested the investor to coordinate with departments and branches to continue addressing issues to unblock the remaining cases that have not yet received pink books.
