The land area mentioned above was once under the management and use of the Hanoi Trading Corporation – a joint-stock company. The revocation was carried out according to the land use plan after equitization, as approved by the Hanoi People’s Committee in Decision No. 2393/QD-UBND dated April 21, 2017.
The location, boundaries, and area of the land are determined by the 1:200 scale land use map prepared by Hanoi Land Survey and Mapping Joint Stock Company and certified by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on September 8, 2015.
As per the decision, the entire area of 28.7 square meters will be handed over to the Hanoi Land Development Center for management. The center will also be responsible for formulating a land use plan in accordance with legal regulations. Notably, this land will be allocated by the State without collecting land use fees.
The Hanoi People’s Committee assigns the Hanoi Land Development Center to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to hand over the site, clearly define the landmarks, and propose a reasonable exploitation plan to prevent state asset losses and ensure transparency.
The Chief of Office of the Hanoi People’s Committee; Directors of Departments: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Construction, Planning and Architecture; Director of Hanoi Land Development Center; Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem District and Dong Xuan Ward; General Director of Hanoi Trading Corporation – Joint Stock Company, and related organizations and individuals shall be responsible for the execution of this Decision.
