Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has unveiled the latest iteration of its popular manual clutch Shine 125 for 2025. The new Honda Shine 125 is offered in two variants: a front drum brake version priced at 84,493 Rupees (approximately 22.7 million VND) and a front disc brake variant retailing for 89,245 Rupees (equivalent to 24 million VND). With this competitive pricing, the Shine 125 is poised to be a formidable rival to the Yamaha Exciter in the affordable manual clutch motorcycle segment.

Design-wise, the 2025 Honda Shine 125 retains its classic styling with dimensions of 2,020 mm in length, 785 mm in width, and 1,103 mm in height, along with a wheelbase of 1,285 mm and a ground clearance of 160 mm. The seat height of 790 mm strikes a comfortable balance, while its lightweight construction, weighing just 116 kg, makes it easy to maneuver.

Honda has equipped the Shine 125 2025 with a host of modern features, including a brand-new digital instrument cluster that displays a range of information such as odometer readings, trip meter, gear position indicator, real-time service reminders, and an Eco indicator. The motorcycle also boasts an Idling Stop system that enhances fuel efficiency and reduces emissions, along with a convenient USB Type-C charging port to keep mobile devices charged during rides.

The Shine 125 rides on a wider 90 mm rear tire, enhancing road grip and stability during rides. Its suspension setup comprises front telescopic forks and rear dual shock absorbers, ensuring a smooth ride across various terrain conditions.

Powering the Honda Shine 125 2025 is a PGM-Fi, single-cylinder engine with a displacement of 123.94cc, now compliant with the latest OBD2B emissions standards. This engine delivers 10.63 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 11 Nm at 6,000 rpm.

In the Indian market, the Shine 125 2025 is available in six attractive color options: Pearl Igneous Black, Geny Gray Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Rebel Red Metallic, Decent Blue Metallic, and Pearl Siren Blue.
