Additionally, a change in the Land Law in 2023, which now updates land prices annually instead of every five years, has resulted in higher input costs. “It is evident that condo prices in Hanoi are influenced by various fundamental factors. Therefore, a significant decrease in condo prices in the near future is highly improbable, and the upward trend is likely to persist in the medium to long term,” emphasized Mr. Dinh.

Given these factors, the upward momentum in condo prices is expected to continue. The rate of increase will depend on the actual developments of the constituting factors at that time.
