Bằng Kiều, a well-known Vietnamese singer, has revealed a glimpse into his lavish lifestyle, including a massive 2000 sqm property in the US. Within this expansive space, he has built a 400 sqm wooden house, with the remaining area dedicated to his passions: bonsai trees and a fish pond.

What makes his home even more unique is the naming of the pathways and gates, reminiscent of the streets of Hanoi. While the exact value of his US mansion is unknown, it is estimated to be worth millions of dollars.

In addition to his US residence, Bằng Kiều also owns two luxury apartments in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, each with an area of 160 sqm and a combined value of $10 million. These apartments are conveniently located at the gateway to the ancient streets, boasting dual frontage on Lương Yên and Nguyễn Khoái streets.

Recently, Bằng Kiều shared that he has purchased three more apartments in the same project, Hausman Premium Residences in Hanoi. With prices ranging from $120 million per sqm, the total value of these three apartments is estimated to be over $20 million.

According to Bằng Kiều, one of the main attractions of this project is its unique design, featuring three basement levels and only 12 above-ground floors, offering a sense of privacy. He also revealed that he plans to knock down the walls between the apartments to create a larger space for his extended family.

When asked about his concerns regarding the potential delays in the project, as it is still under construction, Bằng Kiều replied that based on his experience, once the basement is completed, the remaining construction should proceed swiftly. He also mentioned that the project has been progressing well in recent months, giving him confidence in its timely completion.

Hausman Premium Residences is conveniently located at the southeastern gateway of the FLC Premier Parc urban area, with easy access to major roads such as the extended Lê Quang Đạo and the new Road 70. The project offers 410 apartments ranging from 56.1 to 117 sqm, along with a host of amenities, including a gym, yoga and spa facilities, a children’s playground, a commercial center, outdoor sports areas, a movie theater, a central square, and a pedestrian shopping street.

As of the end of May 2025, the project has completed the construction of the three basement levels and obtained the necessary legal permits. The sale of future homes was approved on June 3, and the project is expected to be handed over to residents in 2026.
