The Hanoi Stock Exchange-listed Cotana Group Joint Stock Company (CSC: MCK, HNX) has just announced a resolution to implement the plan to issue bonus shares for 2024, which was approved at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Accordingly, Cotana Group plans to issue 3.74 million bonus shares, equivalent to a 10% dividend payout ratio, meaning that for every 10 shares held, shareholders will receive 1 new share. The issued shares will not be restricted from transfer.
The source of capital for this issuance will come from undistributed post-tax profits in the 2024 audited financial statements. The issuance is expected to take place within 2025.
