Spreading Joy Through the “Vui Mo Tuong Lai” Project

Jollibee Vietnam has recently organized the “Vui Mo Tuong Lai” project, exclusively for high school students. Prior to this, Jollibee Vietnam had initiated various activities for students, such as “The Jolly Stars” and “Niem Vui Am Vang”. With “Vui Mo Tuong Lai”, high school students were engaged through a more intimate approach, focusing on experiences and emotions.

Over a period of three months, the High School Tour 2025 was conducted in 150 high schools across Ho Chi Minh City, the Southeast region, and the Mekong Delta, engaging more than 232,000 students. The program brought joy with interactive activities such as sports games and the Holland Code career guidance test, all taking place during break time in the school yard.

The appearance of the Jollibee bee mascot was one of the most anticipated parts of the program. The presence of the Jollibee mascot in the school environment not only created a vibrant and friendly atmosphere but also helped students feel closer to the brand through activities such as photo-taking, dancing, and games.

The program not only provided a relaxing break from studies but also became an opportunity for students to bond with their peers and teachers in a cheerful atmosphere. For many students, this was also their first experience of a brand-organized program right in their school yard—a gentle, intimate, and highly personal experience.

150 Scholarships to Support the Journey of Learning

In parallel with the program’s activities, Jollibee Vietnam also awarded 150 scholarships, each worth VND 10 million, to students with financial difficulties and a strong spirit of perseverance in their studies.

The scholarships were handed over to the school management representatives, providing not only financial support but also encouragement for the students to strive and overcome challenges to achieve their dreams.

One of the scholarship recipients, Phan Tran Ngoc Han, a 12th-grade student at Bui Huu Nghia High School in Can Tho, shared her story. Having lost her father at the age of 12 and with a mother who often falls ill, Han said, “Every time the tuition fee payment period comes, I hesitate to ask my mother due to our family’s financial situation. So now, receiving this scholarship from Jollibee makes me very happy, as it will cover my tuition and allow me to focus on preparing for the upcoming exam.”

Representing the participating schools, Master Lê Văn Hồng, Chairman of the School Board and Principal of the Hoa Sen Education System in Ho Chi Minh City, shared: “These scholarships are not only timely gifts that provide material support to the students but also serve as a source of motivation, helping them believe in a brighter future.”

The program left its mark through practical sharing activities such as scholarship presentations and gift-giving to students.

“Vui Mo Tuong Lai” is not just the name of the program but also signifies Jollibee’s long-term commitment to accompanying the Vietnamese youth. The scholarships awarded are a testament to this commitment, encouraging students on their academic journey toward a brighter future.

With every step taken in schools across the country, Jollibee reinforces its role as a business that spreads positive values to the community through concrete, sustainable, and humane actions.
