On June 12, the 18th International Exhibition on Transportation, Vehicles, and Supporting Industries – Vietnam AutoExpo 2025 officially opened at the ICE International Exhibition Center in Hanoi. Speaking at the event on behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Mr. Pham Van Quan, Deputy Director of the Industry Agency, shared that Vietnam’s automotive and mechanical industries have made remarkable progress.

“The automotive and mechanical industries are not just about manufacturing; they represent the strength of technology, the level of industrialization, and the nation’s standing. If we want Vietnam to become a developed industrial nation, we must master the mechanical, automotive, and high-tech industries. This event is not only an opportunity to introduce new technologies and products but also a platform for demonstrating the spirit of integration, transformation, and aspiration for advancement of Vietnam’s industries,” he added.

To address these challenges, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has created favorable legal frameworks and the Industry Agency is implementing programs to provide more practical support to businesses, including the development of an information center to connect supporting industry enterprises.
