On June 22, Lam Dong Province People’s Committee Chairman Tran Hong Thai approved the selection of investors for Phase 1 of the Bau Loc-Lien Khuong Expressway PPP project.

The winning bid went to a consortium comprising T&T Group Infrastructure Investment and Development JSC, Futa Bus Lines JSC, FUTA GROUP, and Phuong Thanh Traffic Infrastructure Investment and Construction JSC. T&T Group Infrastructure Investment and Development JSC is a subsidiary of T&T Group, chaired by Mr. Do Quang Hien.

The total value of the project is nearly VND 11,924 billion, including loan interest and excluding the cost of site clearance sub-projects using state capital. The construction time for the work and infrastructure system is expected to be 30 months, and the operation and business period is 19 years and 10 months. The investment form is PPP, with a build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract.

The Tan Phu-Bau Loc Expressway is approximately 73.62 km long. It starts at Km 126 + 484.93 in Loc Phat Ward, Bao Loc City, coinciding with the end of the Tan Phu-Bau Loc Expressway (Km 125 + 675), and ends at Km 200 + 100, intersecting with the Lien Khuong-Prenn Expressway (Km 208 + 650) in Hiep Thanh Commune, Duc Trong District.
