Specifically, four land areas with a total area of 508,820 square meters have been selected for the pilot program, all located within Nha Trang city. These include:
— Tecco Nha Trang high-rise apartment project by CTCO Import-Export Lâm Sản Nha Trang, spanning nearly 1.5 hectares with an investment of nearly VND 2.4 trillion, to be implemented from 2025 to 2029.
— Khôi Nguyên 36 apartment project by Khôi Nguyên JSC, covering 0.3 hectares with an investment of VND 623 billion, scheduled for completion between 2025 and 2028.
— Hòn Một Complex project by Hòn Một Tourism JSC, spanning over 48.3 hectares with an investment of more than VND 5.4 trillion, expected to be realized from 2025 to 2029.
— Tân Hoàng Minh mixed-use complex project by Tân Hoàng Minh Hotel Trading Services Co., Ltd. (under Tân Hoàng Minh Group), covering 0.7 hectares with an investment of VND 1.8 trillion, to be carried out from 2025 to 2028.

Earlier in June 2025, during a meeting with the leadership of the People’s Committee of Lam Dong Province, Tan Hoang Minh Group proposed to continue studying and developing detailed planning ideas before implementing an investment project on an area of approximately 432 hectares in Xuan Tho, Da Lat city.
The company aims to acquire sufficient land in Xuan Tho to develop a smart city, incorporating high technology, eco-tourism, modern film studios, and sustainable high-tech agriculture. The vision is to create a satellite city that helps decongest the central area of Da Lat while providing improved livelihoods and quality of life for local residents.
