Introducing FII’s scale and strengths, especially in providing smart manufacturing solutions and digital industrial services, Chairman and CEO Brand Cheng expressed FII’s willingness to cooperate in training technology human resources for Vietnam and expanding cooperation in AI data center, green manufacturing, and sustainable development fields.

The group also requested Vietnam to prioritize granting high-tech enterprise certification to Foxconn Group companies.

Highly appreciating FII’s effective investment activities in Vietnam and their ideas to promote future cooperation, the Prime Minister proposed that FII continue to study and expand investment cooperation. He also suggested connecting with businesses within FII’s investment network to expand research, development, production, and business activities in Vietnam, contributing to the development of the country’s technology ecosystem.

Particularly, the Prime Minister requested the transfer of technology and the establishment of a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Vietnam by the Foxconn Group.

The Prime Minister affirmed that Vietnam facilitates foreign investors, including FII, to operate efficiently in the country. He expressed his hope that FII would share its experience and contribute to building a technology ecosystem, fostering innovation, and promoting national digital transformation in Vietnam.
