On the afternoon of June 29, the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee of Binh Duong shared a letter from Mr. Vo Van Minh, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, to the generations of officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, businesses, and people of all strata in the province. This letter serves as an expression of gratitude, recognition, and encouragement on the occasion of Binh Duong’s official unification with Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria- Vung Tau province, effective July 1, 2025.
