The Hanoi People's Committee has unveiled plans to rename and adjust the length of several roads and streets within the city. In 2024, 22 roads will be given new names, with 3 others undergoing length adjustments. Additionally, two new public works projects will be named and established within the city. These changes are part of Hanoi's ongoing efforts to modernize and improve the city's infrastructure and transportation network.

The Quang Nam Provincial Police Investigative Agency has taken legal action by arresting and temporarily detaining two suspects, Luong Thien Phuoc, Deputy Chief of the Quang Nam Land Management Bureau, and Nguyen Cao Sang, a specialist from the same bureau.
