After a decade of construction, the Hong River Surface Water Plant project in Lien Hong Commune, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi, has finally taken shape and is poised for operation in the coming future. Spanning over 21 hectares, the project boasts a total investment of nearly VND 3,700 billion.
