The Ministry of Home Affairs has proposed amendments to the disciplinary regulations for civil servants, including a provision for apologizing to and reinstating those who have been wrongfully disciplined. The proposed changes also suggest exempting officials from disciplinary action in certain cases.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has instructed districts, counties, and Thu Duc City to review and supplement a list of over 600 land plots earmarked for residential and urban development by 2030.
