The Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security has initiated a criminal case for "Violation of accounting regulations causing serious consequences" and "Violation of bidding regulations causing serious consequences" involving Department 4 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Hoang Dan Investment and Construction One-Member Limited Liability Company, and related units. Eight suspects have been charged and preventive measures have been applied.
