In late April 2025, the Minister of Construction signed Decision No. 496/QD-BXD, approving the project to exploit the assets of the Mai Son - National Highway 45, National Highway 45 - Nghi Son, Nghi Son - Dien Chau, Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet, and Phan Thiet - Dau Giay road infrastructure. This decision falls under the management of the Ministry of Construction.

The Dong Anh District Administrative Center, spanning almost 5 hectares, is currently under construction with a total investment of over VND 530 billion. Once completed, the center will serve as the new administrative headquarters for Dong Anh District, providing a modern and efficient workspace for local government operations.
