On January 6th, the People's Committee of Hanoi approved the planning task for the construction of the Soc Son Clean Industrial Park, with a ratio of 1/2000, to be developed in Minh Tri and Tan Dan communes, Soc Son district. The total planned area spans 323.9 hectares.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has instructed the Ministry of Transport and the People's Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province to undertake a study and formulate a master plan for the Con Dao Airport for the period 2021-2030, with a vision towards 2050.
