Danang People’s Committee recently announced the results of the land use rights auction for land lot A9 on Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra District to Deawon – Hoan Cau Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (based in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City).
The winning bid price is over 147 million VND/1m2, which is 90,000 VND higher than the starting price. The land lot has an area of over 1,600m2, bordered by Vo Van Kiet Street to the North, Ngo Quyen Street to the West, and Pham Quang Anh Street to the East.

The intended use of the land lot is for commercial and service purposes. The winning bidder must make a one-time payment. The land use duration is 50 years.
Currently, the city has completed the land clearance and technical infrastructure. The Danang People’s Committee requests the lessee to pay 50% of the rent within 30 days from the date of the announcement, and the remaining 50% no later than 90 days.
In 2023, Danang will organize auctions for 25 large land lots and divide 190 land lots for sale.
