Xuyên Việt Oil’s tax debt amounts to 1.529 trillion VND.

In the latest 2023 released by the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, one entity accounted for 50% of the total debt of over 3,100 billion VND from 166 businesses.

The Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department has recently made public a list of 166 businesses with tax debts totaling over VND 3,100 billion.

Leading the list is Xuyen Viet Oil Trading and Tourism Limited Company with a tax debt of up to VND 1,529 billion. Next is the Real Estate Development and Business Corporation with a debt of over VND 380 billion.

The group of businesses with tax debts ranging from VND 50 billion to under VND 120 billion includes Southwest Petroleum Trade and Services Co., Ltd. with a debt of VND 119.3 billion, Truong Thinh Phat Architecture Construction and Investment Corporation with a debt of VND 83.7 billion, AA Architecture Construction Joint Stock Company and Hoang Nhat Investment Co., Ltd. with tax debts of VND 55.3 billion and VND 55 billion respectively.

The businesses with tax debts ranging from over VND 10 billion to under VND 50 billion include Tan Phong Trading Service Investment Company Limited with a debt of nearly VND 46 billion, Khai Thinh Real Estate Corporation with a debt of VND 41.5 billion, and Saigon Post and Telecommunication Services Corporation with tax debts of nearly VND 40 billion.

There are 16 businesses in the group with tax debts ranging from VND 5 billion to under VND 10 billion, 79 businesses with tax debts ranging from over VND 1 billion to under VND 5 billion, and the remaining 39 businesses with tax debts ranging from over VND 500 million to under VND 1 billion.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, all businesses with tax debts announced in this round have violated the provisions of Article 100, Clause 1 of the Tax Administration Law and Point g, Clause 1 of Decree 126/2020/ND-CP of the Government.
