District suffers massive fire in public disclosure of 90 fire safety violations in mini apartment buildings

The Thanh Xuan District Police (Hanoi) has recently released a list of 90 residential buildings with multiple apartments (mini apartments) that are still in violation of fire safety regulations. It is worth noting that many of these buildings are owned by Nghiem Quang Minh, the owner of the mini apartment building that caught fire on Khuong Ha street, resulting in the death of 56 people.
