The Provincial People’s Committee of Tuyen Quang has recently fined Tan Trao Tea Joint Stock Company 170 million for late payment of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance from February 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023, with a total amount of over 3.8 billion VND.
In addition, the company owes compulsory social insurance for 126 workers from May 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023, with an amount over 3.1 billion VND; late payment of health insurance for 126 workers from October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023, with an amount over 35.6 million VND.
Regarding the Environment and Urban Management Service Joint Stock Company in Tuyen Quang, the Provincial People’s Committee has decided to fine them 180 million VND for late payment of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance from July 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023, with an amount over 1.3 billion VND; late payment of health insurance for 322 workers from September 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023, with an amount over 70.5 million VND.
Tuyen Quang Cement Joint Stock Company fined 170 million VND for late payment of insurance.
Also related to social insurance, during the same period, the Provincial People’s Committee has fined Tuyen Quang Cement Joint Stock Company 170 million VND for late payment of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance from September 1, 2020 to October 31, 2023, with an amount over 2.7 billion VND.
The company also owes compulsory social insurance for 149 workers from October 1, 2020 to October 31, 2023, with an amount over 2.3 billion VND; late payment of health insurance for workers from October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023, with an amount over 33.7 million VND.
In addition to administrative penalties, the Provincial People’s Committee of Tuyen Quang requires businesses to take measures to remedy the consequences within 10 days from the date of receiving the decision. If they fail to voluntarily comply with the fine decision within the deadline, they will be forced to comply in accordance with the law.
