This is considered the most notable campaign since the two parties officially collaborated just over a year ago and also the “opening” campaign for many collaborative activities that will take place in the new year of 2024.
The program “Warm Tet from the heart – Prosperous and as desired” will be implemented throughout the Tet Nguyen Dan Giap Thin 2024 period, with a meaningful message about sharing Tet. At the same time, when experiencing products and services at the Starbucks Vietnam store chain, customers will also immerse themselves in a specially decorated festive atmosphere on the occasion of the new year, with the presence of a giant coffee cup, or media publications bearing the imprint of the Techcombank and Starbucks brands.
Not only until now, but even as early as Q2.2023, Techcombank and Starbucks have implemented many preferential programs for customers, thereby recording impressive business results. The number of Techcombank customers making payments at Starbucks increased on average 4 times per month.
The implemented programs have created opportunities for the two parties to get closer to a large number of customers, especially young people, customers in the “Why not” segment – those who are sensitive to digital technology and share the love and interest in premium brands.
