Mr. Tue joined Bamboo Airways in June 2023 as a member of the Board of Directors, and later became the Deputy Chairman.
Before that, Mr. Tue worked as Deputy General Director of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) since 2012.
Mr. Phan Dinh Tue is an experienced leader with nearly 40 years of experience in the fields of economy, finance – banking, and business restructuring. In addition, he also holds senior leadership positions in several reputable companies and associations in the economic field.
During his tenure in high-level positions at Bamboo Airways, Mr. Phan Dinh Tue directly participated in the management and contributed to the achievement of several important goals in the restructuring roadmap, with positive changes in business models, aircraft fleet structure, personnel structure, and financial capacity.
Based on this, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Airways entrusted and nominated Mr. Phan Dinh Tue to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for the term 2023 – 2028 to accelerate the restructuring progress of the airline.
Therefore, after the latest changes, the current structure of Bamboo Airways’ Board of Directors includes: Mr. Phan Dinh Tue – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Thai Sam – Deputy Chairman, Mr. Le Ba Nguyen – Deputy Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trong – Deputy Chairman, Ms. Le Thi Truc Quynh – Member of the Board of Directors.
Bamboo Airways stated that this appointment aims to meet the necessary conditions for new development goals in the new phase, as well as to speed up the restructuring progress of the airline.
