The Chairman of the National Assembly expressed his joy as our country and people just celebrated a warm, peaceful, and joyful Lunar New Year. Especially, this year’s Spring atmosphere can be said to be the most beautiful in recent years, with no extreme weather phenomena occurring throughout the country. This also signals a good year ahead for our country and people.

The Chairman of the National Assembly stated that 2024 is a very special year, where all sectors, levels, agencies, and units must accelerate to achieve the successful implementation of the plans and goals set forth at the 13th Party Congress. The workload for this year is expected to not be less, even more than previous years.
“We have the right to be proud of what we have achieved, but we must not be subjective or satisfied. The workload is very large. Our spirit must be very urgent, as time is our strength,” said the Chairman of the National Assembly.
The Chairman of the National Assembly desires all members of the National Council, National Assembly agencies, Committees of the National Assembly, and civil servants, employees of the National Assembly Office to promptly implement the work right from the early days and months according to the defined plans and programs.
“We must continue to strive for a more professional National Assembly, promote democracy, enhance the rule of law, but at the same time, we must always be close to the pulse of life to meet the requirements of practice, ensuring that all activities of the National Assembly serve the supreme goal of national interests and the people, with all policies of the National Assembly placing the people and businesses at the center,” emphasized the Chairman of the National Assembly.

According to Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue, the National Assembly will continue to have the spirit of turning abnormalities into normalcy to timely meet the requirements of practice, ensuring the requirements of fast, sustainable development, and international integration of the country.
The Chairman of the National Assembly specially noted that all members of the National Council, National Assembly agencies, Committees of the National Assembly, and civil servants, employees of the National Assembly Office must thoroughly grasp the spirit emphasized by Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the meeting, wishing Tet to the leaders, former leaders of the Party and the State on Tru 28 Tet: “If 2023 was united, then 2024 must be even more united; if 2023 was successful, then 2024 must be even more successful.”
