Business in Binh Duong seeks to recruit around 60,000 individuals for production

According to the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs of Binh Duong province, in 2024, the entire province will have 8,000 businesses hiring over 60,000 workers for production purposes.

Some industries have a relatively large demand for recruitment, such as food processing industry; textile and garment; leather shoes, manufacturing, repair, installation of machinery and electronic industrial equipment; manufacturing products from wood, plastic… needing about 48,500 workers.

Other industries need 6,000 workers; warehouse transport 300 people; accommodation and dining services need 1,000 people; financial, banking, and insurance activities need more than 2,000 people.

These figures show that the demand for labor recruitment by businesses in Binh Duong in 2024 is more stable than in 2023.

To have enough labor, starting from the beginning of 2024, businesses have posted recruitment notices in front of the company, labor recruitment websites. Companies have registered recruitment at the Binh Duong Provincial Employment Service Center.

In order to support businesses in terms of labor resources as well as connect laborers in finding jobs, the Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Duong province has directed the Province’s Employment Service Center to collect vacant job information from businesses for dissemination to laborers.

In addition, strengthening the organization of direct and online job transaction sessions to connect labor supply and demand, introduce job opportunities to laborers to register for unemployment insurance.

Conducting the collection and construction of a database of unemployed workers to connect with businesses in need of recruitment, helping unemployed workers to have the opportunity to return to the labor market.
