Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong was born in 1977 and holds a Master’s degree in International Economic and Law from Hanoi Law University. With nearly 20 years of experience in human resources management, Ms. Duong has held various important positions in large corporations and reputable banks. As the Deputy CEO of Bamboo Airways, she has made positive contributions to building and developing human resources, focusing on improving service quality to meet high customer demands.

Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong joined NCB bank during a period of strong transformation according to the new strategy for the 2024-2028 period, with a vision towards 2032, aiming for healthy, safe, and transparent development. By the end of the fourth quarter of 2023, NCB successfully reached 1 million customers and achieved over VND 96,249 billion in total assets, surpassing the annual target set at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023.
