On February 21, 2024, Golden Gate Corporation officially launched the Golden Gate Foods brand and inaugurated its second food factory in Thach That – Quoc Oai Industrial Park, Phung Xa Commune, Thach That District, Hanoi. The factory covers an area of nearly 2 hectares and consists of 03 production lines: broth, ice cream, and meatballs.

With the most advanced fully automated slow cooking system in Vietnam, imported directly from Europe, the factory will produce high-quality bone broth, hot pot broth, preserving 100% natural ingredients, serving millions of meals in restaurants and households.

The technology of the slow cooking system brings significant differences in the food processing process. By using advanced slow cooking techniques, this system not only helps retain the nutritional value of the food but also optimizes the chemical reaction process, bringing each dish a unique quality and taste. In particular, the slow cooking technology is closely monitored to ensure food safety. The broth and temperature are precisely controlled, eliminating any risk related to bacteria and disease-causing microorganisms.

In addition, the ice cream production line with imported equipment from leading Italian manufacturers, along with formulas and advice from Italian experts, will create genuine and delicious Italian-style ice cream.

Golden Gate Foods was formerly known as Tay Ho Vinh Phuc Co., Ltd., established on October 29, 2004. Since February 2024, Tay Ho Vinh Phuc has changed its name to Golden Gate Foods Co., Ltd., owned by Golden Gate Corporation.

Golden Gate Foods owns a chain of production factories and processing and distribution centers for food products for restaurants within the Golden Gate Group, consumer fast-moving companies, and other organizations. The first factory is located in An Khanh, with an area of 3200m2 and hundreds of employees. Here, the factory processes and produces some essential products to supply food to the entire Golden Gate Group restaurant chain. The factory has been operating professionally for many years, acting as a central kitchen responsible for: meat, seafood, and vegetable processing; production of sauces, fresh noodles, and dumplings. Additionally, there is also a hot kitchen for processing heat-treated products, serving the restaurant system, internal staff meals, and the retail market.

Both factories of Golden Gate Foods always ensure food safety. All stages related to production are strictly checked, from raw materials, material receiving, storage, processing, cooling and fast freezing, packaging, preservation, and distribution to nearly 30 restaurant brands within the Golden Gate Group and over 18 million customers.

According to Mr. Dao The Vinh, CEO of Golden Gate Corporation, the construction and operation of the second modern factory in Thach That marks another significant milestone, affirming the strong business breakthrough of Golden Gate.

“Currently, we have more than 500 restaurants nationwide and over 18 million customers. The opening of the second factory has helped Golden Gate Group meet the increasing and timely demand of consumers nationwide. Especially, with a designed capacity of 15,000 tons of various types of food per year, the factory in Thach That specifically and Golden Gate Foods in general will serve millions of meals in restaurants and households,” Mr. Vinh shared.
