According to Agribank, the auction will be conducted separately for each property. The announced starting prices do not include the obligation to pay taxes and fees so that the buyer can register the right to use and own the property attached to the land at the relevant state agency in accordance with the law. The buyer is responsible for paying all taxes, fees related to the registration of land use rights and ownership of property attached to the land at the competent authority, and the contract notarization fee for the property purchase and sale.
