Several new banks have announced the deadline for shareholders to participate in the shareholders’ meeting, and the expected time of the meeting. The meeting documents have not been disclosed.
Among the banks that have announced the schedule for the shareholders’ meeting, Nam A Bank (NAB) may be the first bank to hold its annual shareholders’ meeting in 2024. Nam A Bank is expected to hold the meeting at the end of March 2024. The final registration date to finalize the list of shareholders for the meeting is February 28, 2024, and the expected meeting date is Friday, March 29, 2024. Currently, the content of the meeting has not been disclosed by the bank.
Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) plans to hold its shareholders’ meeting in early April 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City. VIB will finalize the list of shareholders attending the 2024 shareholders’ meeting on February 26. Therefore, the ex-rights transaction date is February 23.
In late March and early April 2024, banks will hold their shareholders’ meetings successively.
Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) plans to hold its shareholders’ meeting on April 4. The deadline for registration to attend the meeting is March 1.
An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBank) announced that the deadline for registration to attend the annual shareholders’ meeting in 2024 is March 8. The meeting of ABBank is scheduled to be held on April 5 in Hanoi.
Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) plans to hold its shareholders’ meeting on April 10 in Hanoi. The deadline for registration is March 8, corresponding to the ex-rights transaction date of March 7.
National Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NVB) also announced that its annual meeting will be held on April 13. The deadline for registration for shareholders to participate is March 12.
MB Bank (MBB) plans to hold its annual shareholders’ meeting in 2024 on April 19. MBBank has finalized the list of shareholders with the right to attend on January 18. Also on January 18, the bank finalized the list of shareholders with the right to nominate for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board for the term 2024 – 2029.
Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank, STB) has just announced the final registration date for shareholders to participate in the 2023 shareholders’ meeting is March 14. The meeting is scheduled to be held on April 26 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank, EIB) also plans to hold its shareholders’ meeting on April 26 in Ho Chi Minh City. The deadline for registration is March 14, and the ex-rights transaction date is March 13.
