A recently appeared 2006 Mercedes-Benz S 350, VIN 2007 (W221 code) has been listed on the used car market with an asking price of VND 415 million. The seller claims the odometer reading is 88,000 km.
More expensive than most cars of the same model year
According to the seller, the price is higher than the market average but it is due to the good condition of the car and the seller wants to sell it to a genuine user, not to a mechanic. Moreover, the seller is in no rush to sell the car and therefore decided to set a higher price. The owner predicts that this S-Class W221 is one of the least used models in the market.
Referring to the used car market, there are not many Mercedes-Benz S 350 cars for sale, and the price ranges around VND 360 million, depending on the car condition.
Well-maintained car with multiple replaced parts
The seller also added that he bought the car in October 2020 with an odometer reading of around 78,000 km. After owning it for over 2.5 years, the S 350 has only been driven for about 10,000 km. The owner affirms that the car has been well-cared for and it is in good condition, even “the engine and chassis cannot be newer”.
Nearly at the end of 2023, the car was last serviced. The engine oil was changed once a year despite driving only 2,000 km annually. The coolant was replaced every 2 years. Furthermore, this Mercedes-Benz S 350 has “replaced the entire set of 12 undercarriage components, transmission control board, drive shaft, air pump filter”… The maintenance history has been kept by the owner and can be provided to the next buyer.
Luxurious amenities, modified speakers
The exterior photos show that the car is in good condition. The glossy black coat still retains its shine despite being prone to reveal flaws or scratches. The headlight lenses are not dimmed despite being nearly 20 years old. The car comes with a set of 5-spoke single rims, 18 inches.

According to the owner, the speaker system of this S 350 has been modified with a Focal brand upgrade worth about VND 200 million. The description provided by the owner states that even the Burmester audio system in the newer Mercedes-Maybach cars cannot compare.
The 2006 Mercedes-Benz S 350 features a 3.5L naturally aspirated engine, producing a maximum power of 268 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission.
