According to information from dealerships, the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2024 is scheduled to arrive in Vietnam around July this year. Dealerships have started accepting deposits from customers. The expected price range is over 3 billion VND. The listed price of the previous generation was around 2.6 billion VND.
The new generation Land Cruiser Prado will have a higher price than the previous model.
Many transformative changes from the outside in
In addition to the announcement of the arrival of the Land Cruiser Prado 2024, dealerships have also revealed more information about the equipment of the upcoming market vehicle.
In terms of exterior, this model is equipped with 20-inch wheels, adaptive LED lighting clusters. The square design of the new generation Land Cruiser Prado is reminiscent of Land Rover’s Defender model.
The overall dimensions of the Land Cruiser Prado 2024 are 4,925 x 1,980 x 1,870 mm, 40 mm shorter and 75 mm lower than the Land Cruiser. The ground clearance of the car is 220 mm. The approach, departure, and ramp angles of the car are 31, 22, and 25 degrees respectively, providing the ability to conquer rough terrains.
The new Land Cruiser Prado interior is completely different with a new design and 2 large screens. Despite using two large screens, this SUV still retains many physical buttons. According to training product information revealed by dealerships, the new model is equipped with features such as rear seat heating, head-up display (HUD), HDMI port, and 14 premium speakers.
The engine of the Land Cruiser Prado 2024 in Vietnam will be a 2.4L turbocharged engine with a power output of 326 horsepower and a torque of 630 Nm, combined with a small electric motor. The transmission is an 8-speed automatic. The 2-wheel drive system is understandable. The car also has a center differential lock and a rear differential lock.
The technology on this SUV is also more advanced with Safety Sense 3.0 package, including smart cruise control, lane keeping assist, intelligent headlights, emergency automatic braking, blind spot warning, etc.
