The Garden House VSIP Bắc Ninh project by De Tam Joint Stock Company in Phù Chẩn Ward, Tu Son City (Bac Ninh) has an area of 2.58 hectares with about 160 villas and promising introductions expected to hand over houses in the fourth quarter of 2022. However, up to now, the place is still vacant and cannot be used.

According to the observations of VOV Newspaper’s reporter, at present, besides the basic completion of the building block, other items are still messy and unfinished.

Inside the project’s premises, due to a long period of non-use, many infrastructure items have seriously downgraded.

Building materials are scattered, weeds grow rampantly.

The advertisement signs, real estate project brokers of the Garden House VSIP Bac Ninh according to the Asian and European architectural standards are gradually fading with time.

As VOV Newspaper has reported, the Inspectorate of Bac Ninh Province has clarified that VSIP Bac Ninh LLC signed a transfer contract for a part of the VSIP Bac Ninh urban and service area project to De Tam Joint Stock Company without the consent document of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Bac Ninh (up to now, there has been an approval document allowing the transfer of a part of the project).

In addition, VSIP Bac Ninh LLC has transferred 1,000m2 of land to De Tam Joint Stock Company before the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province has a Decision to recover land and transfer land not in accordance with regulations at Article 53 of the Land Law 2013.

The Inspectorate of Bac Ninh Province also discovered some construction acceptance minutes without names written in the participating components, signed but without clearly stating the full names.

“Notably, all minutes of acceptance of infrastructure items mistakenly state the actual acceptance address of the project at VSIP Bac Ninh Urban Area, but the minutes of acceptance of construction work in Nhon Trach. In particular, the supervisory unit does not require the preparation and approval of occupational safety and environmental protection measures for items during the construction process; The basic construction part has been completed, the architectural drawing of the rough construction and the external finishing have not been prepared”- The Inspectorate of Bac Ninh Province emphasizes.

The Garden House VSIP Bac Ninh project by De Tam Joint Stock Company is located in a prime location, adjacent to many key transportation routes, the most modern industrial park of Tu Son City. Especially, the project is also very close to parks, hospitals, and universities. However, the project being damped for many years has made the residents living around the area feel sorry for it.
